  • Description:
    Rapidly-expanding player in the Professional Liability Insurance (malpractice) and Physician Practice Management  marketplace has several openings for highly-motivated Territory Sales Managers (TSMs),  to sell to small/mid-sized Medical Doctor practices (groups ranging in size from 2 -5 physicians). This is an outstanding opportunity to maximize earnings by utilizing prospecting, telemarketing, cold-calling, relationship-building, and sales abilities.
     
    The products/services that you will be selling are related to Medical Malpractice and Physician Practice Management issues.
     
    You will be selling directly to the M.D.s and D.O.s in an assigned territory, as well as to brokers and general agents (using those established relationships to directly access their accounts) located in the following regions: Central NJ, and Southern NJ
     
    The position offers a base salary ranging from $60,000 - $65,000 (depending upon experience) and includes commissions (uncapped), and bonus.  Expenses and benefits are also included.

  • Requirements:
    The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of successful outside sales experience (documented) with a preference for physician-directed OR group insurance sales experience.  Necessary skills include prospecting/identifying of potential accounts (telephone skills), cold-calling business owners and developing relationships with brokers/general agents. Excellent closing skills and outstanding presentation skills to physician/owners and groups are essential.
     
     A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) is preferred. However, compelling industry experience and success may permit a waiving of this requirement.
     
    The hired candidate should already have a NJ State P&C Producer’s License; however, a compelling candidate can be hired and the employer will train him/her throughout the licensing process.
