  • Description:
    Rapidly Growing Player in the Information Technology (I/T) Services space seeks several Account Managers to manage, direct, and execute account management plans and initiatives in the Healthcare marketplace. This position is also responsible for enhancing current capabilities and driving new product lines.
     
    The clients involved include Providers (hospital systems, physician group practices, home health agencies, and IDNs) and Payers (Health Plans and Insurers).
     
    While the position can be filled via a “virtual” office, the client seeks individuals who reside in the following metropolitan areas: Nashville; Miami: Boston; New York City/No. New Jersey;  Dallas; Chicago; Austin. Compelling canddiates who reside in other major markest will also be considered.

    Some of the expected job functions include:
    • Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within partner organizations; penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned partner account; develop new selling relationships within assigned partner account; develop new direct selling opportunities.
    • Respond to RFP's and follow up with prospects.
    • Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects.
    • Recommend marketing strategies.
    • Provide, or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts.
    • Identify customer references that can be utilized when reference selling.
    The compensation plan should generate an income level of $200,000 (uncapped) @ Plan, plus expenses and benefits

    This position can be filled by candidate either as a Full Time Employee (W-2) or as an Independent Contractor (1099).

  • Requirements:
    The ideal candidate for this position has at least three to seven (3-7) years of documented New Business Sales success, with a minimum of three years in the Healthcare Industry (Hospital Systems/IDNs/Regional Physician PracticesMUST HAVE demonstrated success in selling I/T services (e.g., software development, I/T support).
     
    A Bachelor's Degree is required.
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
    • An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as the competitive landscape.
    • Documented sales success in business development of I/T products/services, including staff augmentation, consulting, and product development.
    • Experience using Zoho and other CRM software.
    • Experience that demonstrates a strong level of expertise in technical specifications required to sell products and services.
    • Ability to travel (approximately 10% -25% depending on location)
