    Industry leader in Managed Care Health/Employee Benefits has an opening for a highly-motivated Account Manager to call on CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services) Public Sector Accounts. This is an outstanding opportunity to succeed by utilizing your client-serving, cross-selling, relationship-building, and account management abilities
     
    The products/services that you will be selling, include, but are not limited to Specialty Products, including Vision, Dental, Life and Disability.
     
    The position, which is based in the Baltimore MD area, offers a competitive base salary (depending on experience and success), and includes commissions and bonus.  Expenses and benefits are also included.
     

     


  • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate must have a minimum of ten(10) years of successful account management or outside sales experience (documented) in any employee benefits sales position (broker or carrier), within the Federal Agencies’ healthcare market.  Prior experience working with, or for, CMS is a requirement. Candidate must reside in the Baltimore Metro area.

    Necessary skills include:  
    -Must be strategic, proactive, and act as a true consultant C-level executives
    - Strong written and presentation skills necessary
    - Must possess the ability to be creative and find solutions for clients  
    - Must be responsive and a team player
     
     A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) is required. However, compelling industry experience and success may permit a waiving of this requirement.
