  • Description:
    Rapidly Growing Player in the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) marketplace seeks Demand Generation Manager to manage, direct and execute campaigns, plans, and initiatives. This position is responsible for enhancing current capabilities and driving new prospect lines.

    The clients involved include Self-funded Employer Groups (public-sector/government and private-sector), Labor & Union (Health/Welfare Funds), and Health Plans ranging in size from 1,000 – 50,000+ lives.

    The compensation plan includes a competitive salary, plus bonus, benefits, and equity.

    This position will be filled “in-house” in the Company’s corporate office in NYC; relo expenses assistance is available.

    Some of the expected job functions include:
    • Manage and execute integrated campaigns that include a mix of email, direct mailing, paid search, display & remarketing, SEM, content and other channels
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting new prospects and current clients in key segments and verticals to raise levels of client acquisition and engagement
    • Build and execute the content marketing strategies to strengthen Company thought leadership and increase user engagement online
    • Work with sales operations to grow marketing database, maintain data cleanliness, and refine segmentation strategy
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads result in revenue and constantly refine the lead funnel

  • Requirements:
    The ideal candidate for this position has at least four (4) years of documented Marketing success in any technology-services industry.
     
    Key Qualities:
     
    ·         4+ years of marketing experience focused on growth marketing and B2B demand generation
    ·         Results-driven, a sense of urgency & excellent attention to detail
    ·         A problem-solver who can work on multiple initiatives in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
    ·         Experience with marketing automation and digital marketing systems preferred (Marketo, Pardot, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, etc.)
    ·         Experience with Salesforce, Chorus, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator desired
    ·         Experience with integrated marketing campaigns to drive MQLs/SQLs
    ·         Successful track record of generating and nurturing leads through digital, email and other channels
     
     
    A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
