  • Description:
    Major player in Healthcare Supply Chain Industry seeks a Client Manager experienced in the analysis and interpretation of data in order to identify opportunities, draft presentations, and track performance. with clients in the Non-acute Care spaces (i.e., LTC/Extended Care, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Home Health Care, and Physician Groups/IPAs) within hospital system and IDN.  
     
    Position covers major account in the Central Region of the Ohio. The ideal location for this position would be in Columbus.
     
     The Company provides tailored procurement solutions for customers including Data & Analytics, Contract Implementation Services, Savings Programs, Management Tools and Business Reports & Reviews. 
     
    The SAE is incentivized to:
     
     Implement the business strategy by developing actionable plans or programs to optimize value & accelerate contract utilization in non-acute care units
    •        Develop uniform process & management for member site enrollment, roster management, contract connections & extensions
    •        Work with enterprise client team, customer’s authorized suppliers & member business ventures to gather network contract data & enterprise client spend data for analysis
    •        Identify opportunities to standardize contract usage and achieve alignment when possible or access savings through the Company’s Supply portfolio
     
    Expected income is approximately $110,000-$125,000, on a base salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000, plus bonus. This is a rapidly-growing company with unlimited growth potential, both financially and professionally.
     
    Overnight travel is expected to be approximately 5%.

  • Requirements:
    The ideal candidate for this position must have a Bachelor’s Degree, and at least three – five years’ experience in selling in the Group Purchasing/Supply Chain/Distribution market in the healthcare industry. A strong preference exists for prior experience in the non-acute care areas.
     
    Other requisite skills include:
     
    •       Strong project management /time management skills; strong work ethic
    •        Skilled in relationship-building focused on strategic partnerships using a consultative approach
    •        Ability to excel in a matrix environment
    •        Understanding and presenting financial analysis and quantitative / qualitative assessment of data is essential
    •        Outstanding communications skills and a professional image/presence are also essential.
